Fen-Acre is a fully self contained annexe to our home with it's own designated parking directly outside the door. The property sits on an acre plot of land adjacent to the A1073 providing easy access to Spalding and Peterborough. It's all on one level with doors wide enough to accommodate a wheelchair if necessary and equipped to a very high standard.
Crowland is a town with a village feel. You know the sort of place, full of little treasures like the old fashioned teashop and friendly Italian restaurant and where you can park your car right outside the shop door free of charge! Yet, it's just 10 minutes drive to the A1 or Peterborough with its magnificent Cathedral, shopping, theatres and high speed trains to London, and Spalding with its horticultural history and award winning garden centres galore.
Fen-Acre is an ideal base for discovering the Eastern counties and an ideal place to come home to each evening, spacious and homely with all mod cons.
Choose a good book and put your feet up on the comfy sofas or maybe watch a film on the flat screen TV. Unwind by sipping a glass of wine from the generously filled welcome hamper then relax into the comfort of the memory foam bed. In the morning enjoy freshly laid eggs from our own hens and watch the world go by during breakfast in the warm conservatory or if it's really warm, venture onto the decking to savour the sunshine.
So what if it's raining you can soon get warm, turn on the fire, put on a DVD and put those wet clothes in the tumble dryer. And, if you really need to stay in touch with family and friends connect to the high speed broadband and 'twitter' to your hearts content. There are no hidden costs, linen and towels a'plenty, a kitchen well stocked with tea and coffee so all you need to bring are your clothes, your smiles and good weather.

Travelling from the south: Depart A1 at junction 17
Travelling from the north: Depart A1 south of Stamford (past RAF Wittering) at junction with A47 signposted Leicester. Take first exit at roundabout
From both directions follow signs for Wisbech until you reach Eye roundabout on A47. Take first exit onto A1073 signposted Crowland. Take first exit into Crowland onto Peterborough Road, then second right onto Barbers Drove North.
